Account and Data Deletion

How to disconnect a platform or delete a Creatu account and associated data.

1. Disconnect a social platform

  1. Sign in to Creatu and open Calendar.
  2. Find the profile, Page, group or channel under Channels.
  3. Open the menu to the right of the channel name and select Delete.
  4. Confirm with Delete Channel.
  5. For other platforms, revoke Creatu in the platform's security settings if needed.

Disconnecting YouTube in Creatu disables all channels linked to the same Google account, revokes Google access for this project and removes active channel records. Other Google connections in this project may need to be reconnected. Videos already published on YouTube stay online. If Google is temporarily unavailable, access in Creatu stays disabled while revocation is retried. For other social networks, revoke Creatu in their security settings. To request deletion of uploaded files, backups or remaining data, email support from your account email using the instructions below.

2. Delete a Creatu account

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Under Global Settings, find Delete Account.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in, email info@lemon-media.ru from the Creatu account email with the subject “Creatu data deletion request”.

The account-deletion control deactivates and anonymises account records; some content may remain stored. For complete erasure, also send a verified support request. Backups and residual content are reviewed as part of that request.

3. Information to include

  • the Creatu account email;
  • the social platform and connected profile name;
  • whether the request covers one connection or the complete Creatu account;
  • never include a password, verification code or access token.

4. Timeframes

The operator confirms receipt after verifying control of the email. Active YouTube data is deleted within 7 calendar days after disconnecting YouTube in Creatu or submitting a verified deletion request, whichever happens first. Disconnecting requires no support email for active YouTube data deletion. Other active data is deleted or anonymized within 30 calendar days unless law requires longer retention.

5. Data deleted

  • OAuth tokens and the connection to the selected channel;
  • content, schedules, analytics and technical account data that are not required for legal obligations;
  • the Creatu profile data when the complete account is deleted.
Important: deleting data from Creatu does not necessarily delete material already published on a social platform. Remove that material on the platform itself.

6. Confirmation
