1. Service
Creatu provides tools to create, store, schedule and send content to connected social platforms. Feature availability depends on the platform API, user permissions and platform approval.
2. Account
Users provide accurate information, protect access to their email and do not transfer the account to another person. Activity after sign-in is treated as the account owner's activity until the operator receives a compromise report.
3. Connected platforms
Users may connect only profiles, Pages, groups and channels they are authorized to manage. Requested permissions are shown on the platform's OAuth screen and may be revoked.
4. User content
Users retain their rights and instruct Creatu to store, technically process and transmit content to a selected platform. Illegal content, spam, infringement, malware and circumvention of platform restrictions are prohibited.
5. Publication confirmation
The user selects the account, content and time and is responsible for the final review of text, media rights and visibility settings. Editing or removing a published item may require an action on the platform itself.
6. External terms
Users must follow each connected platform's rules. By using YouTube API Services through Creatu, users also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. A platform may reject content, change its API or revoke access independently of Creatu.
7. Availability and responsibility
Creatu maintains the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party APIs, delivery at a specific time during a platform outage, reach, sales or audience response. The operator is responsible within the limits of applicable law and any separate paid agreement.
8. Early access and payment
Public prices have not yet been approved and this website does not accept payment. Any future paid terms are disclosed before a charge and documented separately.
9. Restriction
Access may be restricted in response to a security threat, unlawful use, spam, third-party rights violations or platform requirements. Where possible, the user receives an explanation and a way to contact the operator.
10. Termination and deletion
Users may disconnect integrations and request account deletion under the Data Deletion Instructions.
11. Changes
A new version is published with its date. Continued use after a version takes effect means acceptance unless law requires separate consent.
